Non Profit Outreach Representative-Entry Level Tennessee Fundraising Executives Brentwood, TN Tennessee Fundraising Executives is dedicated to creating a healthier, more vibrant community by supporting non-profit organizations. - Entry Level to join our team. This Nonprofit Outreach Representative
- Entry Level role will involve working directly with donors to ensure they have a positive experience while supporting causes that align with our mission. Nonprofit Outreach Representative
- Entry Level Responsibilities Serve as the main point of contact for donors in person, answering questions about donations, campaigns, and the impact of their contributions.
Assist with processing donations accurately and efficiently. Address and resolve donor concerns, providing timely and professional support. Maintain and update donor records in our system, ensuring all information is accurate. Provide support for fundraising campaigns, including donor communication and updates. Collaborate with Nonprofit Outreach Representative
- Entry Level team members to ensure smooth operations and effective donor engagement. Nonprofit Outreach Representative
- Entry Level Qualifications At least 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a non-profit or fundraising setting.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage with a variety of stakeholders. Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and work with diverse individuals. Detail-oriented, with the ability to manage donor information accurately and efficiently. Ability to handle sensitive donor concerns with professionalism and empathy. Passion for non-profit work, especially causes related to the well-being of young people. Proficient with donor management systems and Microsoft Office Suite. High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred.

$45,000.00
