• Responsibilities

• Utilize retail math to assist customers with product selections and recommendations.
• Demonstrate effective upselling techniques to enhance the customer experience.
• Operate cash registers, handle cash transactions, and ensure accurate cash handling.
• Maintain a clean and organized sales area to create an inviting atmosphere.
• Exhibit strong phone etiquette when interacting with customers over the phone.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and improve store performance.
• Stay informed about product offerings, promotions, and industry trends.
• Requirements
• Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively.
• Familiarity with cash register operations and cash handling procedures.
• Basic understanding of retail math for assisting customers with purchases.
• Experience in upselling products and driving sales in a retail environment.
• Knowledge of grocery store operations is a plus but not mandatory.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
