We’re looking for a creative and organized Merchandiser to bring our brand to life through thoughtful retail strategies and product displays that reflect the energy of Hollywood Beach.

What You’ll Do:

Develop and execute merchandising strategies for in-restaurant retail spaces (branded merchandise, apparel, gifts, etc.). Ensure all merchandise is well-stocked, attractively displayed, and aligned with brand standards across all three locations. Coordinate with restaurant managers and the marketing team to plan seasonal product rotations and promotions. Analyze sales trends to determine best-sellers and underperforming items. Source new merchandise ideas that complement our coastal, beach-chic brand and guest experience. Oversee inventory levels, restocking, and ordering processes. Maintain visual merchandising standards and assist in product pricing and display setup.

What You Bring:

Proven experience in merchandising, preferably in hospitality, retail, or lifestyle brands. Strong eye for design, branding, and visual presentation. Ability to manage inventory and work independently across multiple locations. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Passion for hospitality, guest experience, and beach culture.
