Position Details:
Shift:
Monday – Friday could start as early as 7:00am until finish.
Pay:
$19.00 an hour depending on experience.
Travel is required (Per Diem andpany paid hotels when traveling).
Vehicle allowance and Mileage reimbursement.

Position Summary:
As a Senior Merchandiser, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our strategic sales initiatives in your assigned sales region, collaborating closely with the Sales Representatives in that area. Your responsibilities will epass tasks focused on executing our SmartStock program, ensuringpliance withpany policies, and providing merchandising and sales support.
The Senior Merchandiser will also be responsible for building strong relationships with customers in the sales region, supporting Sales Representatives in addressing their needs and concerns. Your professionalism and business execution are critical contributions to driving business forward for our customers, vendors, and ourselves.
Position Responsibilities:
Maintaining a detailed and specific call routine with a designated ledger of customers.
Maintenance and execution of the SmartStock program (racks, plan-o-grams, ordering, and merchandising activities).
Identifying and reducing out-of-stocks on shelves.
Ensuring products are fresh and within date code parameters.
Attending to customer needs and concerns promptly.
Ensuring plan-o-gram, marketing best practices, andpliance in stores.
Identifying display opportunities and maximizing display positioning.
Ensuring that products are properly displayed, priced, and identified.
Finding solutions to possible customer challenges with assistance.
Performing other tasks and duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or General Educational Development (GED) certificate.
- 1-2 years of working experience in a customer service, merchandising or sales position.
- Ability to drive to customer locations using personal transportation (mileage and gasoline reimbursement provided).
- Must have a valid driver’s license, clean driving record, reliable vehicle, and proper valid insurance.
Preferred Qualifications - 2+ years of working experience in a customer service, merchandising or sales position
- 1+ years leadership experience
