The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in enhancing the visual appeal of our products in retail environments. This position involves collaborating with store management to implement effective merchandising strategies that drive sales and improve customer experience. A strong understanding of retail math, planograms, and visual design is essential for success in this role. Responsibilities Develop and execute merchandising plans that align with company objectives. Stock shelves and ensure products are displayed according to planograms. Price merchandise accurately and maintain pricing integrity throughout the store. Collaborate with store management to optimize product placement and visibility. Conduct regular inventory checks to ensure stock levels meet demand. Utilize Adobe software for creating visually appealing displays and promotional materials. Analyze sales data to identify trends and adjust merchandising strategies accordingly. Provide training and support to store staff on merchandising best practices. Communicate effectively with diverse teams, leveraging multilingual skills when necessary. Requirements Proven experience in merchandising or retail management is preferred. Strong understanding of retail math and ability to analyze sales data effectively. Familiarity with planograms and visual design principles Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage customers and team members alike.
