We believe in quality, sustainability, and building lasting partnerships with our customers Job Overview We’re hiring a motivated Produce Wholesale Salesperson to join our team and grow our wholesale and foodservice customer base. The ideal candidate has experience in produce or food distribution sales, knows seasonal produce well, and thrives in a fast-paced, relationship-driven environment.

Responsibilities:

Build and manage relationships with chefs, restaurants, retailers, and institutional buyers Promote seasonal produce and inform customers about availability and pricing Develop new accounts and grow sales with existing clients Coordinate with operations and logistics teams to ensure smooth deliveries Track orders and communicate clearly with customers and internal teams Represent the company at industry events, tastings, and meetings

Qualifications:

2+ years of sales experience in produce, wholesale, or foodservice Strong understanding of fruits, vegetables, and seasonality Excellent communication, customer service, and negotiation skills Self-starter with time management and organizational skills Valid driver’s license; ability to travel regionally if needed Passion for local food and sustainable agriculture a plus
