We’re seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Jewelry Inventory and Merchandising Lead to join our team and ensure the seamless management of our inventory and product presentation. Responsibilities Maintain and oversee all inventory records using The Edge jewelry management system Support and execute visual merchandising standards to reflect brand positioning Collaborate with sales team to ensure merchandise is attractively and strategically displayed Partner with leadership to plan seasonal displays, trunk shows, and special inventory presentations Generate and analyze inventory reports to inform business decisions and identify trends Work closely with vendors and the owner to track special orders, memos, and consignment pieces Train and support staff on inventory processes and best practices Ensure secure and compliant handling of high-value items in accordance with internal policies Conduct regular audits, stock counts, and reconciliations to ensure accuracy and prevent loss Manage receiving, tagging, pricing, and processing of all new merchandise Ensure timely transfers, repairs, and returns are logged, tracked, and communicated properly Monitor inventory levels and suggest reorders or transfers as needed Requirements 3+ years of experience in inventory control, merchandising, or operations—luxury retail or fine jewelry strongly preferred Proficiency with The Edge or similar POS/inventory systems is required Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-through Trustworthy and dependable with a high level of integrity and discretion Comfort working in a fast-paced, client-focused environment Excellent communication and collaboration skills Strong understanding of order fulfillment and demand planning processes.
