Remote About Us:

Tennessee Bob’s Hot Sauce Company in Boca Raton, Florida is a growing brand known for our unique, flavorful hot sauces which started at farmers markets and local events, but is now expanding to retail. We have a co-packer in place and are ready to expand into retail stores. We’re looking for an expert to spearhead our entry into retail markets.

Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Retail Partnerships Developer to join our team on a 2 month contract with opportunity for renewal. This individual will focus on securing placements for our products in retail stores, particularly those that specialize in gourmet or specialty foods. The candidate must be an excellent communicator, have experience, and deep knowledge of the steps required to get Tennessee Bob’s products on shelves.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute a strategic plan to get our hot sauces into retail stores. Recommending places to start first, consulting with the CEO Identify and establish relationships with key retail buyers and distributors. Submit all necessary paperwork and everything needed for each distributor and buyer Negotiate terms, placement, and promotional opportunities with retailers. Conduct market research to identify potential retail partners and understand competitive landscape. Provide regular progress reports and insights to the management team.

Qualifications:

Proven track record of getting products into retail stores or franchises, specifically in the food or specialty product space . Strong network of retail contacts and distributors. Excellent negotiation and communication skills. Ability to work independently and meet aggressive targets within a short timeframe. Familiarity with the gourmet and specialty food market is a plus.

Compensation:

A competitive rate will be agreed on. We’re looking for someone with contacts and experience. Additional commission for successful purchase orders We pay a flat rate per month paid weekly on Fridays 8 Weeks temporary with potential opportunity for renewal
