Reset Merchandiser Overview:
We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Reset Merchandiser to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for cleaning, tagging, and organizing grocery product displays to ensure they are attractive, accurate, and easy for customers to navigate. You’ll play a key part in implementing product resets and ensuring store shelves meet our visual standards. This position requires strong communication, solid organizational skills, and the physical ability to perform tasks such as lifting and shifting product displays.
Responsibilities:
Maintain the cleanliness and organization of shelves and product displays. Clean and tag shelves with accurate, up-to-date product labels. Reconfigure gondola shelving units and aisles as required. Execute resets based on company guidelines and promotional layouts. Set up new displays in a visually appealing and customer-friendly manner. Stock and replenish merchandise to maintain product availability. Communicate effectively with store management and fellow merchandisers. Collaborate with retail staff to solve product placement or inventory issues. Perform heavy lifting (up to 50 lbs) when handling merchandise or displays.
Requirements:
Previous experience in retail or merchandising preferred. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Clear and effective communication with team members and store staff. Prior experience with cash register operations is a plus. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks during shifts.
