Savannah, GA Field Merchandiser Job Description:

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Convenience Store Field Representative to join our growing team in the Vape/THC industry. This position is primarily responsible for visiting partner convenience stores, delivering product directly from the warehouse, and setting up displays and merchandising on-site. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being on the road, building relationships with store owners, and ensuring our products are presented in the best possible way. A small commission-based incentive is attached to help reward high-performing reps who grow store reorders and maintain strong retail relationships.

Responsibilities:

Transport product from our warehouse to convenience stores across a designated route. Set up and merchandise displays according to company standards. Maintain strong relationships with store owners and managers to encourage repeat business and brand loyalty. Act as a liaison between the warehouse, sales team, and retail locations. Track deliveries and report any inventory discrepancies or issues. Monitor competitor activity and report back on relevant observations. Provide feedback from stores to the sales and marketing teams to help optimize strategy. Maintain a clean and organized company vehicle and ensure all safety procedures are followed. Meet performance targets, including delivery efficiency, store coverage, and reorder growth.

Qualifications:

Prior experience in field sales, delivery driving, or merchandising preferred—especially in convenience store or vape/THC-related markets. Must be at least 21 years of age. Valid driver’s license with clean driving record. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work independently with minimal supervision. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks associated with product setup. Subject to background check, reference check, and motor vehicle record check. Able to travel for the majority of the workday within a defined route.

Job Type:

Full-Time, Monday through Friday, occasional weekends based on event schedules or high-volume periods.
