Max Distributing is seeking a reliable and motivated Retail Merchandising Representative to join our team in Savannah, GA, servicing Parker’s convenience store locations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys autonomy, is detail-oriented, and wants to build meaningful relationships with store teams. As a leading national distributor of high-quality products for convenience stores across the U.S., Max Distributing provides excellent training, consistent support, and a strong team culture. This Savannah-based route is a direct merchandising role with limited travel and fewer daily store visits than traditional merchandising roles. You’ll work out of a company-provided van stocked with product and make direct deliveries to 4-5 stores per day within the region.
What You’ll Do:
Service assigned Parker’s stores within the Savannah, GA area (and occasionally nearby parts of South Carolina) Drive a company-provided van with inventory and deliver product directly to stores Check inventory levels, restock product, and place orders as needed Create invoices for replenishment and ensure timely, accurate deliveries Maintain product displays and ensure plan-o-gram compliance Build positive working relationships with store managers and team members Submit reports and photos via a mobile app after each service visit
Who You Are:
Independent and professional with a strong work ethic Physically able to lift 25 lbs. regularly and 50 lbs. occasionally Comfortable driving a larger van and managing in-store deliveries Experienced in or open to direct selling-style merchandising Familiar with using tablets or smartphones for work-related tasks Willing to travel overnight up to 8-10 nights per month Local to Savannah, GA or very nearby in
South Carolina Requirements:
Valid U.S. driver’s license (in good standing for 3+ years) Must be 18 years or older Comfortable working from 9-12 ft heights (ladder use), bending, kneeling, etc. Must reside near Savannah, GA due to product storage location
