The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our products are displayed effectively in retail locations, maintaining inventory levels, and driving sales through excellent customer service. This role requires a blend of organizational skills, effective communication, and the ability to perform physical tasks. This role is an entry level position with opportunities to advance in the company. Duties Execute product merchandising strategies to maximize visibility and sales in retail environments. Drive designated routes to deliver products to various retail locations. Organize and stock merchandise on shelves according to company standards. Communicate with store management and staff to ensure optimal product placement and promotional displays. Conduct regular inventory checks for product date rotation and communicate stock levels to the sales team to prevent shortages or overstock situations. Utilize math skills for accurate pricing and inventory management. Perform heavy lifting as required for product handling and display setup. Weekend work is on a rotation basis and is additional compensation, but can be substituted by another employee. Skills Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Excellent communication abilities for effective interaction with customers and store personnel. Proficient in math for pricing calculations and inventory assessments. Physical capability to perform heavy lifting as necessary for the role. A background in merchandising or retail is a plus but not mandatory.
