Assists in the planning, developing, establishing, and maintaining all retail, food, and services Displays signing and merchandise presentation programs at an Exchange installation. Creates a positive environment that drives sales growth and increases customer experience and Exchange brand loyalty.

Job Qualifications
Completion of high school or the equivalent. Experience or training in designing, drawing, and assembling sales promotion merchandise displays, knowledge ofputer creative software is preferred. Must have valid motor vehicle operator’s license.

VISUAL MERCHANDISER REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED TO WORK 6 TO 8 HOURS SHIFTS BETWEEN 8
00AM AND 4:30PM
MONDAY-FRIDAYREQUIRES OCCASIONAL WEEKEND WORK DEPENDING ON OPERATIONAL NEEDS. PREFERRED CANDIDATE SHOULD BE CREATIVE, IMAGINATIVE AND ENERGETIC, WITH A PROVEN INTEREST IN ART AND/OR DESIGN. MOST IMPORTANTLY, OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE A PASSION FOR CREATING BEAUTIFUL, EYE-CATCHING, VISUALLY APPEALING RETAIL MARKETING DISPLAYS AND SIGNAGE. EXPERIENCE WITH ADOBE CREATIVE SUITES PREFERRED. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS INCLUDE WALKING, STANDING, CLIMBING LADDERS, WORKING FROM SCAFFOLDING, REACHING OVERHEAD, BENDING, STOOPING, KNEELING, AND LIFTING UP TO 50 LBS.

Major Duties
Provides high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service. Greets each customer upon contact, assesses their needs, suggests alternative options, and provides solution resolution. Keeps their needs foremost and creates a weing environment, actively engages, and builds trust relationship with the customer in order to deliver a personalized shopping experience.
Provides superior skills to serve the customer, utilizes and ads to merchandise presentation standards to enhance sales growth by ensuring merchandise is displayed on proper fixtures, develops, assembles, and installs displays using appropriate tools and equipment.
Ensures standard signs for the Exchange is maintained and displayed. Maintains supply of retail, food, and services signs and replaces timely and accordingly.
Assurespliance with fire, safety, sanitation, and security regulations, as well as ensuring the security of fixed assets, cash, and inventory. Practices loss prevention procedures and alerts security and management of potential problems that may involve fraud, waste, and abuse.
Performs other duties as assigned.
