Assembly Work / Stocker 3.7 3.7 out of 5 stars 2730 East Pinetree Boulevard, Thomasville, GA 31792 Essential Duties and Responsibilities Part time work. 25 – 30 hours per week. Day shift, primarily Mon – Fri Assemble merchandise (grills, lawn mowers, chairs, chain saws, wheelbarrows, fixtures and more). Stock merchandise; rotate and face merchandise on shelves and build merchandise displays. Maintain regular and predictable attendance. Make the customer a priority when approached and provide legendary customer service. Breakdown cardboard boxes after assembly and take to dumpster. Help to maintain a clean, well-organized store. Qualifications Previous experience working with hand tools. Experience assembling product and working in a warehouse environment. Ability to read written instructions from manufacturer, write, and count accurately to complete all documentation. Physical Requirements Ability to work inside and occasionally outside(exposure to weather conditions). Ability to move and lift objects up to 50 pounds. Ability to push and pull merchandise up to 2,000 pounds with the assistance of proper material handling equipment (e.g. pallet jack). Ability to occasionally lift or reach merchandise overhead. Ability to frequently stand, kneel, twist, crouch, squat, bend, stoop, and climb ladders up to six feet. Ability to operate and use all equipment necessary to complete your work assignments such as handheld scanners, pricing guns, box cutters, merchandise containers, two-wheel dollies, U-boats (six-wheel carts).
