As the Retail Coverage Merchandiser, you’ll be responsible foroptimizing product visibility and driving sales in retail stores.
Your duties include conducting store visits, collaborating withstore managers, utilizing technology for data collection andmaintaining product display standards. You’ll provide retail salesmerchandising, complete special projects, and build strongrelationships with store managers to help increase sales for ourclients. What’s in it for you?

- Cover a set territory of retailers, ensuringmerchandising coverage goals are met through regular store visits.
- Support store managers on retail initiatives such as new productintroductions and contests.
- Work with technology, including acompany-furnished tablet, to collect and report data from storevisits.
- Ensure full distribution and display of products inassigned accounts, including cleaning, stocking, rotating, andpricing merchandise.
- Conduct audits to check data codes ensureadherence to approved plan-o-grams, and report observations to theUnit Manager.
- Consult with management, meet objectives and goals,and report store-level observations related to client product andcustomer needs.
- Advocate for clients through identifying salesopportunities, shelf work and building relationships with storemangers.
- Ensure merchandising coverage goals are met by executingthe retail territory coverage plan. How will you succeed?
- Adhereto store policies and procedures while representing the clients youserve as an expert.
- Be detail-oriented, ensuring accuracy andprecision in tasks such as product display and audits.
- Prioritizecustomer service, building positive relationships with storemanagers, and customers.
- Communicate effectively with teammembers, management, and clients, ensuring clear and concisecommunication.
- Be comfortable using technology, such as a tablet,for data collection and reporting.
- Be able to work without asupervisor, have strong communication skills and manage timeeffectively. Experience and Qualifications
- High SchoolDiploma/GED required.
- Prior retail experience preferred, but notrequired.
- Strong demonstration of core competency includingquality commitment, attention to detail, customer service, andcommunication skills.
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and standand/or walk for long periods.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
