Staff will play a vital role in delivering an unforgettable experience for our guests at our Cosmic Baseball games . As part of our dynamic team, you will engage with fans through the scanning of tickets and selling of merchandise. This position requires a passion for customer service and the ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences. Hours are typically Noon-11:00pm each day with the possibility of starting earlier or clocking out a little later. Duties Provide exceptional customer service to all guests during tours and events. Educate fans about entertainment options during the pre-game block party and during the game. Develop connections with fans to ensure we are providing services that meet their needs. Communicate clearly and effectively with fans, addressing any questions or concerns they may have. Engage with fans to help communicate the type of atmosphere and environment we want at each game. Greet and welcome fans in a welcoming and enthusiastic manner. Assist with clean up of fan engagement areas and packing up of supplies. Support team members in various tasks as needed to ensure a successful event. Requirements Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently. Strong leadership qualities that foster teamwork and collaboration among staff members.
