Job Description

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented

  • Merchandising Assistant
  • with a strong
  • eye for color, fabric, and pattern coordination
  • to support our product development and order management processes. In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing customer orders, ensuring accuracy in product specifications, and entering detailed information regarding materials, colors, and patterns into our system.
  • Key Responsibilities
  • Review incoming customer orders for accuracy and completeness
  • Verify and input product specifications including
  • material type
  • , •color codes•, •patterns•, and •custom details•Work closely with the sales and design teams to ensure customer expectations are aligned with available materials and design capabilities•Maintain organized records of material swatches, color samples, and product references•Collaborate with the production team to communicate customer requirements and customization’s•Assist in preparing product mock-ups, samples, or visual presentations for customer approval•Ensure consistency in color and design selections across product lines•Support inventory tracking of fabric types, colors, and patterns used in current and upcoming orders•Flag any inconsistencies or discrepancies between order forms and available inventory or specifications.
  • Qualifications
  • Strong eye for color, detail, and design aesthetics
  • Excellent organizational and data entry skills
  • Familiarity with textiles, materials, or design terminology (preferred)
  • Ability to review and interpret customer specifications with high accuracy
  • Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or order management systems
  • High level of accuracy and ability to meet tight deadlines
  • Previous experience in merchandising, textiles, fashion, or customer service is a plus.
  • Preferred Experience
  • 1+ year of experience in a merchandising, product coordination, or textile-related role
  • Understanding of fabric types, pattern design, or product customization processes
  • Experience with ERP/order systems or design tools (e.

g., Adobe Illustrator, InDesign) is a bonus.
