Territory Visual Merchandiser SASR Workforce Solutions Greensboro, NC Overview:

We are looking for a creative and detail-driven Visual Merchandiser to enhance our retail environment and customer experience. This role involves developing and executing compelling visual displays that reflect the brand identity and inspire customers. The ideal candidate is highly organized, artistically inclined, and creates a collaborative setting.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement innovative visual merchandising displays. Create engaging product displays that highlight key items and promote sales Maintain a clean, organized, and aesthetically pleasing store layout Create and maintain a safe work environment in accordance with procedures, such as wearing appropriate safety gear. Proven ability to collaborate effectively with in-store teams to ensure timely and accurate execution of merchandising needs.

Qualifications & Experience:

Retail supervisory experience (Minimum of 1 year required) Retail merchandising experience (Minimum of 2 years required) Travel is mandatory – the ability to travel 400 miles+ from your home location Must have reliable transportation to and from the job site (from home or hotel) Prior experience in visual merchandising or a related creative field is preferred Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer service A keen eye for design, color, and spatial arrangements, along with a passion for creating immersive retail experiences The ability to be on your feet for 10+ hours at a time on concrete floors An ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently Ability to ascend and descend ladder Ability to bend, stretch, and twist as needed Willing to work during times which include inclement and cold conditions.
