Position:

Assistant Division Manager – Charlotte Division Assistant Division managers supervise a defined segment of the company and are responsible for that division’s success. General duties include working with teams and retail reps, completing planograms, hiring, training, planning, allocating resources, developing key relationships, and managing the daily operations of the division. This job requires travel and working in stores. ARM is looking for someone with: (Required) Proven management work experience.

• Extensive knowledge in the grocery business with reset experience.
• Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
• Excellent customer relationship management skills.

Key tasks include:

• Locate, hire, and train team members
• Work with teams.
• Trade Development
• Travel throughout the Charlotte Division, meeting with associates and key store personnel
• Communicate clearly and professionally with store management
• Planogram implementation
• Early Morning Start Times
• Must be able to read and follow planograms
• Must be able to move at a fast pace
• Must be able to lift up to 40lbs
• Store sets
• Review multiple reports and communicate with corporate office.
