Online Marketplace Lead 3.5 3.5 out of 5 stars 1309 Mount Eustis Rd, Littleton, NH 03561 Join our dynamic team to lead live selling events across platforms like eBay Live, driving sales and audience engagement for one of our fastest-growing business channels. You’ll be the on-air host, strategist, and coordinator for livestream events—selecting products, crafting engaging presentations, and creating a welcoming, interactive viewer experience. In this role, you’ll plan and execute show content, monitor real-time interactions, and report on engagement and sales performance. You’ll work cross-functionally with merchandising, marketing, inventory, and production teams to ensure smooth operations and alignment with audience demand. The role also includes expanding presence on emerging platforms like WhatNot, analyzing growth opportunities, and developing launch strategies.
Key responsibilities include:
Planning product assortments and updating inventory details for live events Hosting livestreams and interacting with viewers to boost participation Troubleshooting basic technical issues and ensuring quality production Evaluating performance metrics and refining future shows based on data and feedback
Qualifications:
4+ years in merchandising, product strategy, or a related field Strong analytical and communication skills Proficient in Excel and familiar with e-commerce platforms Comfortable presenting live and engaging audiences in real time Experience with numismatics preferred; training available This is a hands-on role that requires flexibility, creative energy, and a passion for connecting with collectors. Expect some evening and weekend hours to accommodate live show schedules.
