Job Overview:

Winston Retail seeks a creative and detail-oriented Retail Merchandiser to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will ensure that our retail displays are visually appealing and effectively promote brands within many different store types. Your expertise in visual merchandising will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer shopping experience.

Responsibilities Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective merchandising strategies that align with company standards
• Execute planograms to optimize product placement and maximize sales with apparel and hardline merchandise
• Communicate effectively with team members and store management regarding merchandising needs
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in different store settings
• Submit store visit reports, including taking before and after photos and writing feedback, using our Winston App on a smart device
• Ability to download and install an app on your smartphone, and upload reports via the Winston app
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand on feet the entire shift

Experience and Benefits Experience:

• Proven experience in retail merchandising or a related field is preferred
• Familiarity with planograms, and visual directives is essential
• A keen eye for detail and creativity in presenting apparel and hardline merchandise
• Strong communication skills both verbal and written
