DSD Route Sales Delivery and Merchandising Utz Quality Foods White River Junction, VT The pay rate is $20 an hour and eligibility for 401K and Medicalinsurance is after 90 days of employment. The days and hours vary depending on the route, averaging 8-10+hours a day, 5 days a week. The standard days worked are Monday,Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday. RRI Personnel Solutions is a highly specialized temporaryemployment agency, focusing exclusively on filling positionsassociated with product distribution in the food industry. We staffroute delivery drivers, merchandisers and other related positionsfor companies located throughout the United States. The Temporary Route Driver is responsible for servicing stores withboth branded and partner brands to all existing customers on anestablished route. Service accounts daily following route service schedules. Merchandise the stores, stocking shelves, rotating product, andensuring that the display activity within store is attractive tothe consumers. Collect payments. This is a physically demanding role.
TheRoute Driver must:
Be able to load and unload trucks daily. Have a valid driver’s license and be 21 years old orolder. Knowledge of a handheld computer Basic math skills, solid organization skills, and attention todetail to maintain accurate inventory, records, and rotation ofproduct in the stores. Be able to communicate effectively, both verbally and inwriting. Adhere to all policies, guidelines, and procedures, such as GMPand
