Summary The Product Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the lifecycle of our product assortment. This position ensures efficient coordination between cross-functional teams, gathering and prioritizing product requirements, assisting with product documentation, and ensuring timely product releases. The ideal candidate will be essential in driving our products from conception to market success! This position is Full-time, IN PERSON in our Rutherford, NJ office. Responsibilities Manage the onboarding of new products, including collecting product data, specifications, certifications, and labeling requirements Create and manage timelines for new products and product changes Provide internal teams with product details and availability Communicate project deadlines and provide regular status updates to all involved parties Maintain accurate and up-to-date product information in ERP systems and databases Coordinate with marketing on packaging/labels to ensure accuracy and visual appeal Communicate with the team on how to improve existing workflows. Monitor product performance using sales data Develop a library of vendors and products Additional tasks as directed Requirements Excellent organizational and communication skills Enjoy collaborating and working within a team Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of the food industry essential Culinary school graduate or associate degree preferred Proficiency in Google Suite, Google Calendars and Excel Experience with cloud-based ERP systems Knowledge of Power BI/PIM systems, and/or food import/export requirements preferred Project management experience a plus Travel required weekly between multiple warehouse locations Light travel to shows/vendors possible Drug test and background test required Why join us?
