Our ideal candidate is kind, reliable, outgoing, loves feminine & romantic garments, dried flowers and artisanal goods. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the visual presentation of our products, ensuring that inventory is organized and well-stocked, and providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have a strong sense of organization, time management skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with team members and customers. Responsibilities Maintain a clean and organized merchandising area to enhance product visibility and customer experience. Assist in inventory control by monitoring stock levels, conducting regular counts, and reporting discrepancies. Operate cash registers accurately while processing transactions efficiently. Supervise merchandising displays to ensure compliance with company standards and marketing strategies. Collaborate with team members to implement promotional displays and seasonal changes effectively. Utilize Adobe software for creating visually appealing marketing materials as needed. Communicate with management regarding product availability, customer feedback, and merchandising needs. Stay informed about market trends to provide insights on product placement and promotional opportunities. Skills Strong organizational skills to manage inventory and maintain a tidy workspace. Proficient in time management to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills for interacting with customers and team members. Experience with cash register operations is preferred but not required. Ability to supervise others while fostering a positive team environment. Familiarity with inventory control processes to ensure stock accuracy. Photography Skills for virtual merchandising is a plus.
