Our client is seeking a Senior Plannerto join their team in a full-time capacity. Responsibilities Drive collaborative conversations with merchandising, allocation, and design partners to ensure strategic alignment Collaborate on buildout and execution of annual and multi-year long range plans Present monthly OTB; reviewing sales, margin, receipts, and strategy; highlighting risks and opportunities Manage core items/key items forecast and inventory plans in partnership with merchants Provide guidance and partnership to Merchant team on all buys Conduct hindsight analysis to guide future budgets and strategies Qualifications 3+ years relevant planning experience within an apparel, accessories or related lifestyle brand Prior experience in a DTC brand and/or accessories a plus Critical thinker with the drive to uncover details, solve problems, and maximize performance Expert in reporting, Excel, Retail Math with confidence with large data sets Technology, data and systems enthusiast with ability to utilize and navigate planning front end systems Ability to build relationships and productive partnerships cross functionally Strong communication and collaboration skills Organized, capable of setting and meeting deadlines for self and team Adaptable and amenable to change and redirection Please submit your resume and portfolio for consideration.
