For this temporary position, we are looking for the ideal candidate who has a bachelor’s degree, and a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in marketing and merchandising within a high jewelry or luxury retail setting. GIA / Fine Stones knowledge is a plus. The ideal candidate should be passionate, proactive, flexible, and innovative, with a deep appreciation for luxury, art, design and culture, and curious and culturally attuned, with the ability to partner effectively with sales teams and cross-functional stakeholders. Proficient in Microsoft Windows, Excel, and PowerPoint. SAP knowledge is a plus. What are we expecting from you? As the Product Marketing Temp, you will assist the Product Marketing team in merchandising operations for Van Cleef & Arpels’ Jewelry, High Jewelry, Timepieces & Bridal Collections. This role will report to the Senior Manager, Timepieces and will be based in our NYC office. In this role, you will be responsible for the following: Responsible for completing and upkeeping our internal image bank – PICUS – enrich the tool with qualitative content such as product info, creation pictures, key selling points, manipulation videos.
Assist in creating content for internal newsletters: In the Loupe & the High Jewelry Newsletter
Maximize sales opportunities by helping prepare tailored digital presentations for Client presentations and events.
Support the Bridal sales by managing the stone certificate inventory and client delivery, review and implement new workflow.
Support Special orders process, liaising with boutique teams and HQ and discovering potential efficiencies and improvements. Participate in special projects, trainings & events as needed. Expected Salary Range:

 $70,000-$80,000 Salary will be determined based on relevant skills and experience.
