Duties:

This is a very detail oriented position. Previous jewelry experience is not an absolute need. We will train you. Inspecting Jewelry for Craftmanship and Stone Tightness Using a Loupe Receiving shipments & entering new merchandise into Inventory daily, which includes entering gemstone/diamond information, counting the number of stones, photo taking, entering details from the invoice. Need to have steady hands and stellar up-close eyesight Preparing Shipments Contacting Vendors Placing Orders Stock Photography and Video of Merchandise Keeping an Organized Calendar Answering Phone Calls & Making Phone Calls Stocking/Merchandising jewelry in our showroom Setting Up the Store for
