• Position Summary:

• The Inventory & Merchandising Associate plays a key role in the daily operations of Deja Me On Main by supporting the intake, organization, and presentation of merchandise. This role ensures the sales floor and backroom are consistently maintained to store standards, contributing to an efficient and visually appealing shopping environment.

• Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately research, price, and enter product data into the inventory system
• Tag and barcode incoming merchandise in accordance with store procedures
• Process consignor clothing according to company specifications
• Organize and hang clothing by size, category, and seasonal relevance
• Prepare consignor clothing for pick up, donation, and on-floor processing
• Maintain a clean and organized backroom and prep area
• Restock and tidy the sales floor throughout the day
• Identify items requiring special care or repair and flag for review
• Steam or press garments to meet display standards
• Assist with seasonal merchandise transitions and event setup
• Conduct routine inventory counts and audits as needed
• Uphold visual merchandising standards and brand consistency
• Qualifications
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
• Comfortable with light physical labor, including lifting and standing for extended periods
• Interest in retail, fashion, or consignment preferred
• Willingness to learn store systems and procedures
