As a Retail Specialist at Premium, you’ll ensure Premium’sclient brands stand out at Walmart stores by driving productavailability. Your efforts executing retail merchandisingactivities will connect customers with the brands they love in oneof the largest retailers in the world. What’s in it for you?

• Receivemarketing and promotional materials at your home and bring them tothe store.
• Install and place promotional materials as outlined ininstructions to ensure our clients’ products stand out.
• Builddisplays to showcase client products as needed.
• Answer simple,step-by step questions within Premium’s field technology on yourmobile device as you complete your work.
• Take photos of completedwork to demonstrate your success.
• Represent Premium and Premiumclients in your assigned Walmart store(s).
• Partner with Walmartstore management and associates to get the job done.
• Collaboratewith your direct manager via email, phone and text. How will yousucceed?
• Owning your store(s). You will be the face of Premium asyou visit Walmart on behalf of our clients. Over time, you’ll bethe go-to Premium resource because of the relationships you build.
• Enjoy working independently as a Premium representative butremembering you’re an extension of the Walmart family.
• Effectively communicating with store associates, store managers andPremium team members.
• Leveraging the support of and sharing bestpractices with our Walmart team nationwide through closed socialmedia groups and a variety of communication channels.
• ContactingPremium’s Operations Support Center for help with challenges instore – they’re here to help!
• Completing work within the providedtimeframe
• Closely following detailed instructions to ensure weget it right the first time.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Reporting your work the sameday you complete it. What tools do you need for the job?
• Accessto reliable transportation to get you from multiple retaillocations in your area.
• A smartphone with access to data andinternet in order to report and upload photos.
