This role is essential in driving sales and enhancing the customer experience through effective merchandising strategies. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in retail sales and interior design, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for creating visually appealing displays. As a Merchandising Lead, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products are presented in an organized and attractive manner, aligning with our brand standards. Duties Develop and implement effective merchandising strategies that align with company goals. Create and maintain planograms and schematics to optimize product placement. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure stock levels meet customer demand. Train and mentor team members on best practices for merchandising and customer engagement. Analyze sales data to identify trends and adjust merchandising strategies accordingly. Maintain an organized inventory system to track stock levels and product availability. Ensure compliance with company policies while promoting a positive shopping environment. Utilize time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced retail setting. Experience Proven experience in retail sales, with a strong understanding of merchandising principles. Background in interior design is preferred but not mandatory. Familiarity with planograms, schematics, and stock management systems. Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent time management skills to meet deadlines and drive results. Ability to sell products effectively while minimizing stigmatization of any items. Must be authorized to work in the U.S. Must meet the company performance standards for the job. Must be able to communicate company policies and safety regulations in order to complete job duties in a satisfaction manner. Must be able to learn the skills and tools to be able to complete daily tasks. Must complete the companies 90 day probationary period.
