In this role, you will be instrumental in creating visually appealing displays that enhance the customer shopping experience and reflect our eclectic mix of products. Your creativity will help customers express themselves through their home furnishings. Responsibilities Design and implement engaging visual displays that attract customers and promote sales. Collaborate with the merchandising team to ensure product placement aligns with brand standards. Utilize retail math to analyze sales data and optimize product displays accordingly. Maintain inventory control by monitoring stock levels and ensuring timely replenishment of displays. Provide exceptional customer service by assisting shoppers in finding products that meet their needs. Stay updated on market trends to incorporate fresh ideas into visual merchandising strategies. Requirements Proven experience in visual merchandising or related retail experience. Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail and aesthetics. Excellent customer service skills to engage with shoppers effectively. Familiarity with retail math for analyzing sales performance. Experience with design software such as SketchUp is a plus but not required. Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
