Job Description:

As a Merchandiser Retail Coverage II – Walmart – FLOATER atAcosta, you’ll ensure Acosta’s client brands stand out at Walmartstores by driving product availability. Your efforts executingretail merchandising activities will connect customers with thebrands they love in one of the largest retailers in the world.

• Part-Time:

  Flexible schedule, 2-4 days (Friday required).

• Startwork between 6am-9am, work between 6am to 6pm (no evenings).
• Locate merchandise in the backroom, stock and pack out products.
• Straighten product on the shelf.
• Receive and transport couponsand signage materials to place in store.
• Be comfortable using acompany-issued mobile device to complete your work while navigatingmultiple applications at the same time.
• Answer simple, step-bystep questions within Acosta’s field technology on yourcompany-issued mobile device as you complete your work.
• Takephotos of completed work to demonstrate your success.
• RepresentAcosta and Acosta clients in your assigned Walmart store(s).
• Partner with Walmart store management and associates to get the jobdone.
• Collaborate with your direct manager via email, phone, andtext. How will you succeed?
• Owning your store(s). You will be theface of Acosta as you visit Walmart on behalf of our clients. Overtime, you’ll be the go-to Acosta resource because of therelationships you build.
• Enjoy working independently as a Acostarepresentative but remembering you’re an extension of the Walmartfamily.
• Effectively communicating with store associates, storemanagers and Acosta team members.
• Leveraging the support of andsharing best practices with our Walmart team nationwide through avariety of communication channels.
• Contacting your direct managerfor help with challenges in store – they’re here to help!
• Completing work within the provided timeframe
• Closely followingdetailed instructions to ensure we get it right the first time.
• Provide accurate and concise data and photos by following providedinstructions.
• Reporting your work, the same day you complete it.

What tools do you need for the job?

• Access to reliabletransportation to get you to and from multiple retail locations inyour area as a daily schedule.
