Sports Card & Memorabilia Sorting & Shipping Manager Kanks Maitland, FL 32751 • Hybrid work Job Summary This job is a perfect entry level job for anyone who wants to work in sports & sports cards specifically dealing with Soccer. This job will be specifically tasked with sorting , packing and shipping our customers orders. We want our employees to be well versed in their knowledge of players & teams in order to make the sorting and shipping process easy. We can help with this process , high level knowledge isnt needed on day 1. Organization is a must as sorting orders can lead to mistakes. Duties Supervise daily sorting operations to ensure efficiency and accuracy in the distribution process. Ensure all orders are shipped within a timely manner. Lead a team of sorters, providing training, guidance, and performance evaluations to enhance team productivity. Monitor and analyze sorting processes for areas of improvement, implementing best practices in handling. Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure proper handling of materials throughout the sorting process. Work with customers when orders are mishandled or have issues. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a safe working environment for all team members. Requirements Knowledge in sports specifically soccer , does not need to be high level from day 1.
