 In-person Job Description PARX is looking for a proactive and relationship-focused Manager of User Acquisition – Affiliates to drive acquisition growth through third-party relationships. This role will be responsible for researching, managing, and scaling a portfolio of affiliate partners, and supporting growth of a portfolio of partnerships and other media deals – while ensuring compliance and maximizing ROI across both sportsbook and casino verticals. The role will report to the Senior Manager of User Acquisition. You will work closely and cross-functionally with our internal analytics, product, project, CRM, and other internal teams to ensure organizational and strategic alignment. Lead affiliate vendor management from inception to live across all relevant markets to generate high quality traffic.
Maintain and cultivate relationships with existing affiliate partners, providing support, guidance, and resources to maximize their performance.
Monitor and analyze affiliate program performance, deliver data-driven insights to scale top-performing relationships.
Provide regular reporting and insights on key performance metrics to stakeholders.
Negotiate and structure media buy agreements with affiliates and publishers.
Maintain and optimize tracking links, post backs, and attribution setups.
Support co-marketing initiatives with influencers, media partners, and brand ambassadors
Ensure all campaigns comply with gaming regulations and brand safety standards
Collaborate with internal teams across legal, finance, analytics, and CRM

2-3 years of experience in affiliate marketing.
iCasino and sports betting experience is a plus.
Working knowledge and understanding of affiliate tracking tools.
Excellent negotiation and partner relationship management skills.
Analytical and detail-oriented with experience managing performance-based deals.
Strong knowledge of U.S. online gambling regulations and compliance best practices.
Required to be in office at the Bensalem location 3 days per week if approved for hybrid work
