Duties:

• Implement merchandising strategies to enhance product visibility and presentation
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional displays
• Ensure products are stocked and displayed according to brand standards
• Monitor inventory levels and replenish stock as needed
• Analyze sales trends and customer preferences to optimize product placement
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Point of Sale (POS) systems
• Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and team members
• Strong leadership abilities to guide merchandising decisions
• Ability to sell products effectively through visual displays
• Knowledge of interior design principles is a plus
• Multilingual skills are advantageous
• Effective time management skills to meet deadlines
• Experience in store management is beneficial
• Familiarity with Adobe Illustrator for design purposes is a plus
