Job Description
Parts Specialist (Marine) Saunders Yachtworks Gulf Shores, AL 36542 Responsible for handling counter sales and support to include: Process sales from retail customers and suggest additional related parts for completing the repair/sales Use of electronic parts catalogs for parts look up and identification Work with technicians to source parts for repair orders Assist in efficient inventory control to limit special orders (daily bin checks, processing, returns, postings) Track parts and supplies provided to technicians per repair order Distribute special orders promptly and ensure a consistent follow up policy to relieve inventory Ensure store is properly stocked at all times Be aware of factory policies regards parts and service bulletins Education and/or
Work Experiences Requirements:
High school diploma or GED required Marine industry experience preferred Knowledge of marine parts, specialty diesel engines preferred Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers Good organizational & computer skills Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices A valid driver’s license Ability to maintain a professional appearance and demeanor’
