Parts Counter Sales 1.3 1.3 out of 5 stars 330 Greenville Byp, Greenville, AL 36037 Parts Counter Sales Kingline Equipment is looking for an energetic positive person to join our team. This position is responsible for assisting customers by properly identifying parts using manufacturer parts diagrams and dealer business systems. Invoicing parts orders receiving parts orders and assisting service shop with parts needs. Maintaining stock room and showroom to ensure accuracy and tidiness.

Responsibilities:

Find out the model, serial number, and type of part needed. Reading the manufacturer’s parts diagrams to identify needed parts and availability. Orders and receives parts from vendors. Fills customer orders from stock. Build custom hydraulic hoses using onsite equipment Ensures technicians receive the correct parts in a timely manner. Receives and ships parts as needed in accordance with guidelines Tracks lost sales. Continuing education requirements for new product bulletins and catalogs. Prepares computerized invoices. Receives payment or obtains credit authorization. Advises customer on substitution or modification of part when replacement is not available. Picks up and delivers parts for customers and vendors as needed. Maintains periodical parts returns as needed. Completes online training and obtains required certifications. Examines returned parts to determine if defective and exchange parts or refund money. Store parts in the stockroom according to the prearranged system. Returns all unsold merchandise immediately to the correct stock location. Notifies Parts Manager of discrepancies between inventory records and shelf quantities. Maintains a clean and safe operating department. Assists with annual physical inventory. Controls expenses to increase profitability.

Three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Organization and communication skills must be highly developed. Computer skills need to be broad-based. Equipment knowledge is a plus
