We just cut the ribbon on a massive, brand-new, state-of-the-art facility in Pell City , and we’re looking for two passionate and driven individuals to join our elite team—one for our original Bessemer location and one for our new Pell City shop. This isn’t your typical sales job. We’re looking for Automotive Design Consultants —creative partners who can guide our customers on the journey of building the vehicle they’ve been dreaming of for years. YouTube What You’ll Do:

Be the Architect of Awesome As a TCcustoms Design Consultant, you will be the customer’s trusted guide from start to finish.

Seamlessly handle the quoting, parts ordering, and scheduling process using our modern systems (ShopMonkey & CDK – no prior experience needed, we’ll teach you!). Deliver the “Wow”

Moment:

Ensure a final quality control test drive is performed and be the one to hand the keys back to a thrilled customer. This is a dynamic role where you’ll be challenged to juggle multiple exciting projects at once, ensuring every customer gets the world-class experience they deserve.

Pay Structure:

You’ll receive a stable hourly wage paid every Friday to cover your bills, PLUS a generous monthly commission on the gross profit you generate. This hybrid structure means your income potential is

Pay Range Recommendation:

A realistic on-target earnings range for this role is $40,000 – $85,000+ per year. A motivated individual can absolutely exceed this; your hunger and performance directly determine your income.

Paid Training:

We invest in you from day one. We provide hands-on training for your first 90-180 days with a flexible Training Pay rate to ensure you’re confident and set up for success.

Real Career Growth:

This isn’t a dead-end job. Excel as a Design Consultant, and you could move into a management role and potentially run your very own TCcustoms location as we continue to grow.
