We are seeking a highly motivated and knowledgeable Parts Specialist to join our team. As a Parts Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our dealership by providing exceptional customer service and expertise in automotive parts. Applicant will also be working in a filing role 2 hours a day to insure parts and service files are in good order. • Assist customers in identifying and locating the correct automotive parts
• Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries and resolving issues
• Process parts orders accurately and efficiently
• Maintain inventory levels and ensure proper storage of parts
• Collaborate with the service department to ensure timely delivery of parts
• Utilize computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) to track parts inventory and orders
• Perform basic automotive diagnostics to assist customers with part selection
• Maintain a clean and organized parts department “`Experience“`
• Previous experience working in an automotive dealership or parts department preferred
• Strong knowledge of automotive parts and their functions
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to customers
• Proficient in using CMMS software for inventory management
• Basic math skills for calculating prices, discounts, and measurements
