out of 5 stars 1110 Frederick Ave, Opelika, AL 36801 Large multi-lined motorcycle and powersports dealership is currently interviewing for Parts Associates to join our dealership. Parts Associate responsibilities will include, not be limited to: Providing exceptional customer service to every customer Educating customers and can sell products via their features and benefits for our customers Achieving Parts Dept. objectives and daily, weekly and monthly sales goals Interface with customers and ensure their parts and accessories needs are being met In a knowledgeable manner, recommend related parts and accessories to customers Notify customers on a regular basis updating them on their special orders Notify customers when special parts or back-ordered parts arrive Assist team members to ensure the cleanliness and presentation of the department by cleaning, stocking and organizing Qualifications we’re looking for in our next employee: Retail Experience Motorcycle, powersport or automotive parts sales experience a plus Product knowledge of the motorcycles, powersport products, scooters, etc. is a plus Previous experience at a multi-line motorcycle dealership is a plus ADP Lightspeed experience is a plus or an equivalent backend computer system and how to use Avid motorcycle rider or willing to get your motorcycle license
