Full Job Description Position Title:

Parts Runner Department Shop Supervisor :

Athens, AL Essential Job Functions:

Transport parts and materials between the parts department and job sites as required. Ensure timely and accurate delivery of parts to support service and repair operations. Retrieve and return parts and tools to inventory or vendors as needed. Assist in managing inventory by checking stock levels, organizing parts, and conducting periodic inventory counts. Help with receiving, stocking and organizing new parts and materials upon delivery. Notify the Parts Manager or Supervisor of low inventory levels or any discrepancies. Maintain accurate records of parts deliveries, including quantities, destinations, and any issues encountered. Operate company vehicle safely and efficiently, ensuring they are kept clean and in good working condition. Maintain a high level of quality work at all times Maintain good relationships with Technicians, Foreman, Superintendents, Inspectors, Developers, and other co-workers at all times Aid Coworkers to ensure that the site is clean and organized at the end of each shift. Follow all safety rules and regulations while performing work tasks Perform other duties as assigned Represent and promote Grayson Carter and Son in a professional and honest manner

Job Qualifications/Requirements:

Previous experience in parts running, warehouse or a related field is a plus but not required. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record required. Ability to communicate and convey information effectively Must be physically able to stand, walk, sit, crouch, kneel, climb, and periodically lift 75 pounds Knowledge of OSHA Standards Dependable transportation Wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) on all job sites as required Work weekends and overtime as needed Committed to attending work each day Able to pass a pre-employment drug screen
