Century Collision Center is a high-volume, OEM-certified repair facility serving the Huntsville area for over 57 years. We are moving into a brand-new, state-of-the-art 60,000 sq. ft. facility in early June and looking to expand our team with motivated professionals who thrive in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.

Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Collision Parts Coordinator to manage the ordering, verification, and distribution of parts throughout the collision repair process. This role is integrated into the blueprint/teardown process to ensure all correct parts are ordered upfront to minimize cycle time and maximize repair efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Participate in the blueprint/teardown process to pre-order all necessary parts for repair plans. Organize and label damaged parts on parts carts to facilitate accurate mirror-matching. Receive and inspect incoming parts; mirror-match new parts against damaged parts for fitment and accuracy. Work with vendors and OEMs to expedite backordered parts and find creative solutions to avoid delays. Price match aftermarket parts with OEM options when appropriate to meet quality and budget expectations. Communicate with technicians and estimators to ensure timely and accurate part delivery and updates. Maintain organized parts carts and storage areas to support efficient workflow. Track and return unused or incorrect parts as needed, ensuring proper documentation.

Qualifications:

Prior experience in a collision center or dealership parts department preferred. Strong understanding of parts ordering, OEM/aftermarket sourcing, and inventory flow. Ability to think outside the box to solve problems and work around supply chain issues. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Familiarity with CCC One, CDK, or other collision management systems is a plus. Team player with a sense of urgency and commitment to quality and service. Why Join Us?
