Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer service by assisting clients in identifying and purchasing the right automotive parts. Utilize your knowledge of automotive systems to advise customers on appropriate products and solutions. Collaborate with the service and sales teams to ensure seamless communication and customer satisfaction. Maintain accurate inventory records and assist in restocking to meet customer demands. Stay up-to-date on the latest automotive trends and technologies to better serve our customers.
Qualifications:
This job is fast paced. Applicants for this position will need to apply a strong work ethic. There will be a lot of moving parts to this position. The ideal candidate will need to have a high attention to detail and organizational skills. This is a team oriented position. The ideal candidate will need to be punctual and present during their scheduled shifts. The ideal candidate will need to work well with others. Automotive parts experience. (1 year minimum) Dealership experience and CDK experience. (Highly recommended) This position will require applicants to be able to learn/use multiple software programs. Google/Excel spreadsheet experience. (Highly recommended).
