Accident and Critical Illness Insurane Responsibilities:

Retail Counter Immediately acknowledge customers and assist them in procuring the needed parts and accessories Track lost sales Answer incoming phone calls within the third ring politely identifying the department and your name Prepare billing documentation utilizing the ERA system (will train) Internal Counter Immediately acknowledge and assist the internal customers including but not limited to technicians, sales personnel and managers Fill orders from current stock and/or procure needed parts by sourcing from other dealers or from the manufacturer utilizing the daily orders or critical orders Discuss availability issues with your manager and other associated internal personnel Prepare billing documentation utilizing the ERA system (will train) Deliver parts to the technicians when warranted Additional responsibilities to be determined later

Qualifications :

Parts Department Experience is required Ford experience is preferred but not required Reynolds and Reynolds DMS experience is helpful but not required Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information High school diploma or the equivalent Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work well with the public and communicate effectively Must posses proficient organizational skills Ability to be on your feet for long periods of time Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
