Job Overview:

The HVAC Service Coordinator regularly communicates with customers, service technicians, suppliers, and vendors on a daily basis. Reporting to upper management and ownership is expected weekly if not daily when needed. The Service Coordinator works directly with the Service and Office Manager on a regular basis. • Valid Driver’s License
• High School Diploma or GED
• Ability and willingness to work a nonstandard schedule Responsibilities
• Customer follow-ups
• Ordering parts
• Scheduling technicians
• Daily service billing
• Respond to emails and messages left from customers, vendors, suppliers, and other coworkers promptly within 24 business hours.
• Attending informational meetings and training for products sold by the company.
• Warranty Claims

$19.00 – $24.00 per hour
