Position Summary As an Automotive Parts Associate, you will play a key role in supporting our service technicians and retail customers by sourcing, ordering, and distributing automotive parts. Parts Counter Person Compensation and Benefits:

Dental Vision Life Parts Counter Person Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities Assist customers and technicians in identifying and locating the correct parts Oversee the parts sales process from start to finish Process parts orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular stock checks Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and quality Keep the parts department clean, organized, and well-stocked Build strong relationships with customers, vendors, and team members Stay up to date with Ford parts catalogs, systems, and promotions Work with parts manager to locate any parts not in stock Complete special order part request for the customer Communicate with customer on parts status Communicate with staff and customers in a friendly and professional manner Must follow all company safety policies and procedures Understand and follow federal, state and local regulations applicable to industry
Parts Counter Person Requirements:
Previous experience at a Ford dealership is a plus Ability to identify the problem quickly Knowledge of automobiles Effective analytical and communication skills Strong reading, computer, and mathematics skills Ability to learn new technology and repair and service procedures and specifications Ability to lift 50 pounds and work on your feet for extended periods of time Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Basic computer skills Positive, friendly attitude High school diploma or equivalent Experience with auto parts sales (preferred) Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment Strong organizational and time management skills Detail-oriented, have a professional appearance and strong work ethic Reliability a MUST Reliable transportation to and from work Why Join Us?
