JOIN THE FUN AT THE ALL NEW COLONIAL AUTO UNDER NEW OWNERSHIP, WITH A WHOLE NEW TEAM.
The new home of Chevrolet, Cadillac & Hyundai with hundreds of used cars on their way. We are looking to add an experienced parts counter person to our already experienced staff. Willing to pay for experience.
Requirements :
- Minimum 3 years prior Car Dealership Parts Experience.
- Parts Wholesale, or Parts Counter experience would be acceptable.
- GM, Hyundai, and CDK experience strongly preferred.
- Knowledge and familiarity with X-time preferred. Duties
- Oversee the parts sales process from start to finish
- Communicate with staff and customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Be able to multi-task in a fast paced operation
- Be able to read and understand the parts catalog when looking up parts.
- Answers phone calls, providing price quotes and other information
- Provide a high level of service to internal and external customers.
- Pulls and fills orders from stock
- Locate out-of-stock parts from outside sources.
- Be able to accurately and efficiently bill parts on Repair orders and Invoices.
- Make sure all internal requests for parts are billed on service repair order.
- Assist service technicians in selecting parts needed for repairs in process.
