Parks Motor Group of Gainesville, a leader in automotive excellence, is looking for a highly motivated Outside Sales Representative to grow our fleet and commercial parts and service business . This role is ideal for a go-getter who thrives on client interaction, solutions selling, and increasing market share through strong B2B relationships.
What You’ll Do:
Prospect, visit, and build long-term relationships with fleet and commercial accounts, independent repair facilities, municipalities, and any other potential fleet and commercial customers Promote dealership parts and service offerings, including OEM parts, maintenance programs, and repair solutions Promote Mobile Service and repair Serve as the primary point of contact for fleet service scheduling and parts fulfillment Provide quotes, assist with parts/service requests, and track orders to ensure timely delivery Identify customer needs and offer tailored solutions to increase volume and loyalty Track sales and report weekly performance and forecasts Collaborate with parts & service departments to ensure customer satisfaction and execution
What We’re Looking For:
2+ years of sales experience (automotive, fleet, or commercial sales preferred) Knowledge of vehicle parts and dealership service operations strongly preferred Strong communication and relationship-building skills Self-starter with ability to manage schedule and route independently Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
