We are a growing distribution company specializing in aircraft spare parts for military and commercial customers, both nationwide and internationally. We take pride in our high-quality service, strong customer relationships, and efficient operations. We’re looking for a results-driven sales professional to join our team and help expand our customer base and revenue.

Position Overview:

The Sales Representative will manage and grow accounts across commercial and government sectors, handling quotes, proposals, and customer communications. In addition to core sales responsibilities, this role includes support for sales leadership by assisting with daily metrics, sales productivity tracking, and data analysis. Candidates should be comfortable taking a lead role in collaborating with peer sales reps and contributing to team-wide performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and manage customer relationships with commercial and government clients Respond to RFQs, submit quotes, and follow through to close sales Prospect new business opportunities and follow up on inbound leads Ensure compliance with applicable government regulations and contract terms Collaborate with purchasing and operations to support order fulfillment Assist leadership in tracking daily sales activity, productivity, and pipeline metrics Support and collaborate with peer sales reps to improve overall team performance Maintain accurate records in CRM and contribute to regular sales reporting

Qualifications:

2+ years of sales experience (aerospace, defense, or technical parts a plus) Experience with government contracting (DLA, GSA, SAM.gov, etc.) is preferred Previous experience supporting or guiding colleagues or peer teams is a plus Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office (Excel, Outlook) Self-motivated, organized, and results-oriented

Compensation:

Base salary plus performance-based commission Competitive total compensation based on experience and sales performance

Schedule & Work Environment:

40 hours per week (Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM) Option to work as either a W-2 employee or 1099 consultant Supportive, small team environment with opportunities for leadership and growth Benefits (W-2 Employees): Paid vacation and sick time 8+ paid holidays off Health insurance reimbursement program 401(k) retirement plan
