• track usage, set optimal stock levels, slash obsolescence, and keep the shelves turning fast. Source like a shark
• negotiate with OEM and aftermarket suppliers for pricing, availability, and fillrate guarantees. Lead the crew
• hire, coach, and motivate a highperformance parts team that loves winning together. Serve & sell
• partner with our service lane and wholesale customers to get the right part, first time, every time. Drive profitability
• set strategic pricing, analyze turns & gross, and hit aggressive GP goals. Stay compliant
• keep us spotless on audits, safety, and manufacturer standards.

What It Takes Proven track record running an automotive parts department (dealership experience preferred). Deep knowledge of OEM parts catalogs, DMS/POS systems, and inventory best practices. Magnetic leadership style—your team can’t wait to follow your lead. Solid communication chops with techs, vendors, and retail walkins.
